We collect information you voluntarily submit, including name, email address, phone number if provided, property details, plan selections, claim descriptions, maintenance history, and communications with our team. If you enroll in a plan, we collect billing-related information processed by our payment partners; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

When you file a claim, service contractors may provide diagnostic notes, photos of covered equipment, parts used, and completion records. Real estate partners may provide enrollment referrals with your consent.

Claim records may be retained for several years after plan termination as required by regulation and audit standards. Marketing suppression lists are retained to honor unsubscribe requests.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit for Site connections, access controls for staff systems, and vendor security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords where accounts are offered and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

In the preceding twelve months we may have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (plan type, claim history), internet activity (Site interactions), geolocation approximations from IP, and professional information you provide about your property. We use these categories for the business purposes described in Section 2.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers or health data through the Site. If you include such information in free-text fields, we will use it only as necessary to respond to your inquiry and then retain it according to Section 7.
Diagnostic photos taken during service visits may show portions of your home interior or equipment nameplates. Contractors are instructed to minimize personal belongings in images. Images are stored in secure claim files accessible only to authorized personnel and the assigned contractor network.
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals. Because industry standards are still evolving, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time. You may still manage cookies through browser controls as described above.
